Basics classes will familiarize students with the basic poses and focus on proper alignment. This class moves at a slower pace and is great for beginners or for those who just prefer to take their time.
Flow classes will refine the basic poses and introduce intermediate poses. This class moves at a quicker pace, and is great for those who are familiar with the basic poses or those who prefer a higher intensity level.
Hot classes are intense and fun. Expect loud music and hard work. Temp will be around 90 degrees.
Pricing
$10: One class
$60: One month unlimited. ($50: Students)
$50: In studio private lesson.
Details
-Pre registration is not required.
-We provide mats, blocks and blankets.
-You might want to bring water and a hand towel.
-Dress comfortably, but beware of loose clothing. :)
-Let us know about injuries/limitations.
-Allow 2 hours after eating before practice.

Please park across the street at Northside Church of Christ. They have a large lot with plenty of space. The studio entrance is at the back of the building. Please enter through the gate on the west side of the building and follow the path to the entrance.
